Are you an experienced Business development professional with a background in Marketing Communications agency work? Do you have Native standard French?
Our client prides itselfon its sucess and has won pitches against some of the leading names in the world of brand marketing. They have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Business development professional to join a successful integrated marketing consultancy and use your fluent French in this proactive role targetting French African markets.
You will: •Be responsible for opening new avenues for the company whilst also developing the existing client base. •New business is the focus of the role so you will need to be focused in your approach - cold calling, client presentations, mailshots, research (industry news, trade press), networking etc. •You will exceed clients expectations of service by giving them a proactive and efficient service which is second-to-none.
You will do this by identifying new markets, attracting new clients and: •Researching new business opportunities •Identifying likely sales points •Developing strategic plans and sales strategies •Undertaking presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers •Coordinating approaches to target customers and responses to enquiries. •Coordinating the activities of all parties involved in the bid process to ensure quality and timeliness. •Following-up bids and negotiating terms.
Fluent French, experience of working in marketing communications as well as strong Business development skills are essential. Experience in selling to board members, marketing Directors, Brand managers and Creative Directors is also essential.
