DANISH Sub Editor; International Media Group Job Details

International media team based in West London are looking for a DANISH native speaker to join their multi-cultural team. It is likely you will have studied as a translator or journalist and enjoy sub editing, translating, proofing and quality assurance work. You should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in TV and broadcast, and be happy to work as part of a team.
Your role will be primarily focused editing & summarising text. Quality assurance is essential as you will be responsible for the final proofing. You should be happy to work extensively on a dedicated software package for scheduling purposes and this will involve a large amount of data input and data management. There will be internal client liaison so all candidates should have previous experience in a co-ordination or client service role. You should be prepared to undertake extensive language tests on client site as part of the recruitment process.
