Danish VIP Coordinator Job Details

Select Recruitment Gibraltar are seeking to recruit an individual to the challenging role of VIP Co-ordinator for gaming partners in the Danish stream.

If successful, your main objectives will be:

• Implement the VIP programme across the streams
• Run weekly and monthly promotions
• Speak directly on the phone with VIP’s to monitor their satisfaction with the programme and general playing experience
• Reactivate any lapsed VIPs
• Identify potential VIPs
• Welcome new VIPs to the programme
• Develop collateral for communicating with VIPs
• Fulfil prizes and monthly promotions
• Manage all communications with Big winners
• Manage and update VIP areas on partner skins
• Manage Birthday programme to VIPs
• Report weekly and monthly on key KPIs

• has a good working knowledge of excel and other computer skills
• is native Danish speaker
