Arabic Customer Service Team Leader - 18.5K to 23K (depending on experience)
A global international hotel is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader for their Call Centre. Your main responsibility will be motivating and coaching Customer Service Agents for the Arabic team. Fluency in English and Classical Arabic and, previous managerial experience (preferably within a similar industry) is a must. The right candidate is an excellent/clear communicator, approachable, diplomatic and have the ability to motivate and monitor staff. This role will initially start as a 6 month contract with a view to permanent. |
